Local students in Augustana Jazz Combo performed winter concert

ROCK ISLAND, IL (02/29/2016)-- The Augustana Jazz Combo performed their winter concert on Wednesday, February 10 in Larson Hall in Bergendoff Hall. Eleven student musicians shared their talent with the Augustana community. Selections included several pieces including "On the Road Again" by Willie Nelson, "The Pink Panther" by Henry Mancini, among others.

The Augustana Jazz Ensemble performed their winter concert on Friday, February 5 in the Centennial Hall. Twenty-one student musicians shared their talent with the Augustana community. Selections included several pieces including "Strike Up the Band" by Gershwin & Gershwin and arranged by Sammy Nestico, among others.
