DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 28, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits' scheduled game against the Beloit Snappers on Tuesday night has been postponed because of heavy rain and severe weather. The team will make up the game as part of a double-header on Wednesday beginning at 5:35PM.

The Wednesday double-header will feature two games scheduled for seven innings each. There will be approximately 30 minutes in between the two games. 

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 27, 2019) — Austin Hansen and Brett Daniels combined on a three-hit shutout as the Quad Cities River Bandits topped the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers 5-0 on Monday evening at Modern Woodmen Park. The shutout was the eighth of the season for the River Bandits.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 26, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits scored eight runs on nine hits over the first four innings on Sunday afternoon and made them hold up in an 8-4 win over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at Modern Woodmen Park. The River Bandits did not put a man on base against the Wisconsin bullpen in the final four innings, but had established enough of a cushion to prevail.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 25, 2019) — The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers scored a combined seven runs in the fifth and sixth innings of Saturday night’s game as they defeated the Quad Cities River Bandits by a 9-4 score at Modern Woodmen Park. The Timber Rattlers received 7.0 solid innings from their starting-pitcher Adam Hill who allowed one run on just three hits.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 24, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits used a balanced offensive-attack and quality-pitching to beat the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers 12-3 in the opening-game of their homestand on Friday night at Modern Woodmen Park. All nine players in the Bandits batting order finished with at least one hit and seven different players drove in a run. The game was the fourth true home-game for the River Bandits this season.

GENEVA, ILLINOIS (May 23, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits had one more game to play before returning home to Modern Woodmen Park for the first time since April 28.  The game went extra innings, but the River Bandits prevailed with a 6-3 win in 10 innings over the Kane County Cougars on Thursday night. The Bandits finished their season-long 12-game road trip with an 8-4 record.

GENEVA, ILLINOIS (May 22, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits left a season-high 13 runners on base and could not slow the Kane County Cougars offense in a 9-3 loss on Wednesday afternoon. The Cougars scored in five different innings, including multiple-runs in three frames. 

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 22, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits, in conjunction with the Houston Astros, have announced the following changes to their roster on Wednesday. Pitcher Jayson Schroeder has been transferred from extended spring training to Quad Cities. Pitcher Jojanse Torres has been transferred from Quad Cities to Fayetteville (Advanced-A).

GENEVA, ILLINOIS (May 21, 2019) — Cesar Salazar went 3-3 with two runs batted in and the pitching staff worked out of multiple jams to propel the Quad Cities River Bandits to a 4-1 win over the Kane County Cougars on Tuesday afternoon. The victory was the fourth in a row for the River Bandits and assured the team of a winning record on their current 12-game road trip with two games remaining.

GENEVA, ILLINOIS (May 20, 2019) — The Quad Cities River Bandits scored five unearned runs in the top of the seventh inning to emerge with a 7-5 victory over the Kane Cougars at Northwestern Medicine Field on Monday night. Outfielder Marty Costes drove in five runs and gave the Bandits the lead with a bases-loaded triple in the seventh after three Kane County errors opened the door.
