Davenport, IA- 3/7/17 - Mandala Integrative Medicine will host the Women’s Integrative Lifestyle Forum (WILF) on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 from 9am-3pm at the Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, Iowa. The WILF will bring information to the public in a live, interactive format. While there are similar forums targeted towards physicians, this event will allow women to learn how to make lifestyle changes based on integrative medicine in a supportive environment and have fun doing it.

This extraordinary event will feature the following nationally recognized speakers Dr. Sayed A. Shah MD, Christine Hassler, and Dr. Diana Wiley who will educate and inspire lifestyle changes!

Dr. Sayed A Shah, M.D., co-founder of Mandala Integrative Medicine, is a leading gut health expert and medical doctor with world-class expertise in functional medicine. His personal journey with Integrative Medicine started when his son was diagnosed with Autism. By using Integrative Medicine practices, they have been able to overcome many of the challenges his son faced. Integrative Medicine is personalized medicine focused on dealing with the root cause of a disease instead of just treating symptoms.  Dr. Shah says, “If your hormones and gut microbiota is out of balance, this will have a direct impact on your mood, energy levels, immunity, digestion, ability to lose weight and sleep.

Christine Hassler is a life coach known for inspiring radical self-reflection with practical direction. She has appeared on The Today Show, CNN, FOX, and The Wall Street Journal to talk about how to get through “expectation hangovers,” a term she coined to describe big disappointments in life. She is a New York Times bestselling author of Over it and On With It. Hassler helps women discover, “Who am I, What do I really want, and How do I get it?”

Dr. Diana Wiley is a licensed marriage and family therapist and board certified sex therapist. She has more than 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples with a variety of concerns about all aspects of sexuality and intimate relationships. Dr. Wiley hosts a weekly live internet radio show, “Love, Lust & Laughter.”

WILF will be a high-energy, supportive environment for all. There will be demonstrations, breakout sessions, a healthy lunch, and more. Participants will gain insight on how to begin or improve their quest for a balanced life.

General admission is $35 per person and a block of rooms have been set aside at Rhythm City Casino for out of town attendees.  You can purchase your tickets at integrativelifestyleforum.com.
