DAVENPORT, Iowa, April 10, 2017 – MCCQC invites the community to attend a special Saturday evening service to celebrate Earth Day. Worship will include music, inspirational readings and an open table for Holy Communion. Special guests from the Sage Sisters of Solidarity will perform. Following the service we will meet in the social hall for pot luck. Guests are encouraged to bring a dish to share. There will be complimentary coffee and tea provided...soft drinks for purchase. We will also be playing board games. Family friendly event...all are welcome!

The April 22nd service is in addition to the weekly 11:00 am Sunday service as well as the Spirituality Discussion Group that is held on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. MCCQC is located at 2930 W. Locust Street, Davenport, across from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.
