This exhibit will open on May 4th and continue until July 3rd and consists of hammered botanical prints, many of the specimens collected in Larry’s gardens.  Hammered botanical printing is an exciting new method of producing art prints developed by Larry, co-owner, with wife Wilma, of Cottage-in-the-Meadow Gardens in South Amana.  Live plant material from the garden is hammered into a special watercolor paper to produce unique and beautiful images.

Larry and his wife Wilma make their home and have their beautiful garden in South Amana.

The public is invited to an open house on May 4th from 5:00-7:00pm at the Amana Arts Guild in High Amana.   At that time visitors may view Larry’s work, visit with the artist and enjoy refreshments.

The Amana Arts Guild Gallery is open daily, except Tuesdays, from 10:30-4:30pm through September, October will be weekends only.
