(DES MOINES) – Gov. Terry Branstad today signed the following bill into law:
Senate File 331: an Act relating to energy efficiency reporting requirements applicable to certain gas and electric utilities.
The bill passed the Iowa Senate on March 9, 48-0 and the Iowa House on March 13, 95-0.
