To assist residents with cleanup efforts following last week's storm, the City is waiving the yard waste sticker requirement for all yard wastes placed for collection the week of June 19th through June 23rd. Yard wastes must still be placed in a Kraft-ply bag for collection.
Tree branches and limbs can be placed for free throughout the curbside yard waste collection season. Branches and limbs placed for collection must be bundled with twine or other compostable material in lengths less than 5ft, weighing no more than 50lbs. Branches greater than 6 inches in diameter, limbs longer than 5ft, and stumps may be disposed at the Davenport Compost Facility located at 2707 Railroad Ave.
