BISMARCK, ND (06/22/2017)-- Douglas White, Illinois City, Ill., graduated from Bismarck State College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management during the college's 77th commencement ceremony on May 12, 2017 at the Bismarck Event Center. Graduates earned Bachelor of Applied Science, Associate in Arts, Associate in Science and Associate in Applied Science degrees as well as Certificates and Certificates of Completion in 44 programs.

The 2017 commencement speaker was Greg Tehven, executive director of Emerging Prairie and founder of TEDxFargo. The student commencement speaker was Matalyn Lund, Bismarck, N.D.
