Join us at the Davenport Public Library to discuss modern classics that have recently reappeared on the best seller lists. These thought-provoking novels are as relevant today as when they were when they first appeared. Discussion times and locations are:

1984 by George Orwell on Thursday May 11 at Fairmount (3000 Fairmount Street) at 6:30pm.

The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood on Monday May 22 at Eastern (6000 Eastern Avenue) at 6:30pm.

A limited number of copies of each title are available the each library location.
