DUBUQUE, IOWA (April 4, 2023) — The University of Dubuque and Northeast Iowa School of Music will host Treble Fest, 2-5PM, Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2155 University Avenue. The new music festival will conclude with a free public concert presentation at 4PM with Heartland Harmony, University of Dubuque Treble Singers, and collaborative performances featuring Treble Fest participants singing in massed chorus with both choral groups.

The event is free and open to the public. It will include a brief Q&A with Swanson.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 29, 2023) — The newest exhibit at the University of Dubuque’s Bisignano Art Gallery provided students in the Department of Digital Art and Design an opportunity to step away from the classroom’s client-driven projects and to create individual pieces of artwork.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 28, 2023) — Neil Berg’s widely-acclaimed 103 Years of Broadway, presented by the Dubuque Arts Council in cooperation with Heritage Center, will be performed at 7:30PM, Saturday, May 6, 2023, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center, University of Dubuque. The performance is part of the tenth-annual Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 27, 2023) — Twenty-three local dancers, ranging from third-graders to college students, were cast to perform alongside American Midwest Ballet (AMB) in the company’s touring production of The Wizard of Oz, presented in collaboration with Dubuque’s Academy of Ballet, at 7PM, Friday, April 21, 2023, and 1PM, Saturday, April 22, 2023, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center, University of Dubuque.

DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 6, 2023) — A panel discussion in connection with the traveling exhibit “Suspended: Systemic Oppression in Our Schools” will be held at 6:30PM, Friday, March 10, 2023, in Room 264, Peter and Susan Smith Welcome Center on the University of Dubuque campus. The exhibit will be open at 6PM for people to view the exhibit ahead of the panel discussion.

The panel discussion and exhibit are free and open to the public.
