DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 6, 2023) — To better serve the citizens of Davenport, Davenport Public Library is extending their open hours at Eastern and Fairmount temporarily.

Beginning Tuesday, June 6, 2023, Eastern and Fairmount will be open Monday-Thursday, 9AM-8PM, to provide Library services while their Main branch is closed.

On Tuesday, May 16, 6:30PM, Fairmount, join us for a presentation that takes a nostalgic look at the fashion and function of aprons through the years with humor and bits of trivia thrown in for good measure. This presentation includes a fashionable display of different styles, fabrics, and designs along with other associated items.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 12, 2023) — Quad Cities Pride in Memory started as a project to capture oral histories from local LGBTQ+ seniors, telling their own stories in their own words. The sweep of this history from around 1960 to the present was so compelling that they decided to create panels which display this history and help explain major events during those years.
